Drake International is currently looking for an Office Administrator (Senior) with experience to work on-site at our clients in the Toronto Area.
Introduction: Reporting to the President/Owner, the Office Administrator leads in providing an exceptional experience for all customers and partners while providing administrative support functions for the management of the organization.
What we offer:
- Work Hours: 9 AM to 4 pm Monday to Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break and a 15-minute break in the morning and in the afternoon.
- Location: Toronto ON (Dupont and Bathurst)
- Pay: $25/hr.– $35/hr. depending on experience
- Temp to Permanent Opportunity
What you’ll do:
- Administering all incoming calls and route them accordingly in a professional manner.
- Taking and relaying messages, as required.
- Reconciling applicable invoices and entering data into Excel spreadsheets.
- Entering data for expenditures relating to business maintenance invoices.
- Photocopying, filing, preparing binders
- Preparing various agreements
- Maintain inventory of Books
- Developing and managing off all Supplies and Inventory systems– Ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory tracking of supplies and equipment.
- Sending and receiving deliveries as required
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- Must hold a Diploma in office Administration
- Minimum 5 years of Office Administrator or Manager Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Outlook, Microsoft OneFile, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, PDF, Quick books
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone manners.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
