Warehouse Lead Hand

• Salary:  $18-23/hour + 4% vacation pay
• Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 2pm
• Weekly pay

• Monitor daily delivery board
• Follow up on performance results
• Assist drives with routing or delivery challenges
• Ensuring items are stored properly, and procedures are followed for picking/packing orders
• Organize, create and modify schedules to ensure priority orders are flagged
• Shift planning, organizing priorities, assigning work, and ensuring understanding of policies/procedures
• Assist with unloading trailers of appliances when needed
• Ensure work is being done according to health and safety policies

• Previous experience as a logistics lead
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time (approx. 100 lbs)
• Ability to meet fast-paced goals and standards.
• Must have safety/steel toe boots
• Proficient in reading/writing in English
• Excellent communication skills
