Our client is a specialized manufacturer based in Cornwall, Ontario, supporting the steel industry across North America with high-quality engineered cutting equipment. Known for their reliability, responsiveness, and strong long-term customer relationships, they have built a solid reputation in a niche market.

We are currently seeking an Office Administration Support professional to join their team and provide day-to-day administrative assistance in a collaborative, small-team environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative and accounting support within a small office team 
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and basic reconciliations 
  • Enter and maintain financial data in Sage (Sage 50 / Sage Business Cloud or similar) 
  • Support payment processing activities, including ACH/EFT transactions 
  • Assist with payment execution through platforms such as RBC Express and ADP PayEdge 
  • Help ensure accuracy between accounting records and bank transactions 
  • Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and supporting records 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day financial operations
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of administrative/accounting support experience 
  • Working knowledge of Sage or similar accounting systems 
  • Exposure to AP/AR, reconciliations, and general accounting processes 
  • Familiarity with electronic payments (ACH/EFT) and basic payment workflows 
  • Experience with online banking platforms (RBC Express or similar) is an asset 
  • Comfortable supporting systems like ADP PayEdge or other payment tools 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy 
  • Reliable team player with the ability to learn and grow within a structured environment
