Drake International is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator for a client in Edmonton. The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment, efficient freight movement, and excellent customer service. This role involves hands-on warehouse activities, system transactions, coordination with carriers and internal teams, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records.

What You'll Do: 
  • Perform picking, packing, loading, and unloading freight to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Process shipments using shipping software systems including shipment entry and label printing.
  • Coordinate customer interactions, including phone calls, pickups, and communication with freight carriers.
  • Receive purchase orders and inventory transfers, ensuring accuracy in documentation and system updates.
  • Conduct cycle counts, min/max inventory reviews, and forklift inspections to maintain inventory accuracy and equipment safety.
  • Prepare and stage kitted items in accordance with production and digital specifications.
  • Review and process requisitions, including additions, approvals, and updates.
  • Manage freight quotes, invoice approvals, and dispute resolution with carriers.
  • Handle Customer Returns (RMA) and CAF processing, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Update inventory systems, bills of materials (BOM), and related records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse through regular cleaning, organizing, and recycling disposal.
  • Track and process adjustments related to supplies, damages, and discrepancies.
  • Support general warehouse efficiency through continuous process improvement and adherence to company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory control
  • Experience with ERP and shipping software systems
  • Forklift operation and inspection knowledge
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
