Job Position: Production Associate – Manufacturing
Location: Tillsonburg or Ingersoll
Wage: $20.00/hr plus 4% vacation pay.
Work Type: Temporary with the potential to be hired.
Shift Hours: Weekend Shift – Friday, Saturdays and Sundays – 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
Vacancy: Immediate openings are available.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating high‑quality parts that keep our client’s operations running smoothly. Your day will include:
- Working as part of a supportive team at a steady, consistent pace
- Operating on the production line to create high‑quality products following established procedures
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Reporting any quality concerns to your team leader
- Following all health and safety guidelines to help maintain a safe working environment

- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
- The ability to work safely and follow Health & Safety guidelines
- A commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
- Reliability, great attendance, and dependable transportation
- The ability to follow instructions and maintain a steady work pace
