Our client, a transportation company located in St. Thomas is looking for a Parts and Service Supervisor who wants to grow with the company.
What we offer:
- $70,000-$80,000 annual Salary

- Straight days 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday
- 3 weeks’ vacation to start

What you’ll be doing:
- Supervise operations of the parts department.
- Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedule for fleet.
- Monitor fleet availability and prioritize repairs to maximize efficiency.
- Manage inventory of parts, tires, fluids, and shop supplies
- Ordering and negotiating with suppliers and vendors
- Support technicians with parts availability and repair coordination
- Maintain work orders, service records, warranty claims, and maintenance documentation
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and workplace policies
- Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and maintenance cost control
- Supervise, train, and support maintenance and parts staff
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to maintain fleet readiness
- Promote a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Who you are:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet maintenance, coach bus, trucking, or heavy-duty vehicle operations
- Experience in public transit or passenger transportation operations
- Journeyperson technician certification or related technical training would be an asset.
- Experience with inventory management and fleet maintenance software would be an asset.
- Knowledge of commercial transportation safety and compliance regulations
