What You'll Do:
- Wire new panels for new production equipment
- Trouble shoot, diagnose and repair electrical systems
- Program and revise existing programs for machinery
- Utilize PLC controllers, Allen Bradley and Fanuc robotics
- Perform diagnostics on electrical panels
- Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering departments
- Ensure machinery complies with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with production and engineering on certain troubleshooting issues
- Document work order/repairs into maintenance system
What We're Looking For:
- Completed 442A Electrician, or 309A Electrician with industrial manufacturing experience
- Good at adhering to strict safety guidelines and cognizant of safety risks
- Experience with PLC’s is a definite asset
- Experience with Robots and controllers is a definite asset
- Proficient in troubleshooting techniques to solve machine issues
- Exceptional knowledge of various manufacturing machinery
