Our client is dedicated to research, analysis and strategy of long-term investments in the real estate sector. Their unique approach has led to rapid growth across North America, making them one of the largest alternative asset managers in Canada. Their diverse funds include assets in the multi-family residential, self-storage, commercial, and agricultural land sectors.

Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Permanent employment
Location: Montreal or province of Quebec
Salary: $100,000/year and more, to be discussed based on your experience

Generate and maintain a high-quality deal pipeline to achieve sales and engagement goals.
Leverage and expand the existing industry network to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and significantly expand the sales territory.
Improve customer relationships and significantly increase sales territory.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to significantly increase sales territory.
Manage investor relations, providing proactive support and services to supporters, investors and prospects.
Work with Lead Partner – Capital Markets to optimize use of access to portfolio managers, due diligence, participation in conferences and other regional events.
Travel as required to conduct sales presentations and attend meetings.
Coordinate and participate in corporate and social events with colleagues and industry professionals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends in our industry and competition.
Represent the client with honesty and integrity while providing a high level of customer service to our external and internal partners.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in market sales or equivalent.
Obtaining the title of Financial Analyst (AIA), Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) or Canadian Securities Courses (CSC) is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain relationships.
Passionate and willing to go the extra mile to achieve personal and professional goals.
Exceptional time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
BILINGUAL: Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
Flexible and able to meet deadlines under pressure with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of the fundamentals of real estate and finance.
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
