Vice President, Sales – Quebec 

Our client is dedicated to sourcing, analyzing, and strategizing long term investments. Our unique approach has led to rapid growth across North America now representing one of Canada’s largest alternative asset managers. Since 2006, we have acquired over $5.5 billion in assets under management across a variety of sectors throughout Canada and the USA. Our various funds include assets in multifamily residential, self-storage, commercial, as well as agricultural land.

• Consistently generate and maintain a high-quality pipeline of transactions to meet sales and engagement targets.
• Leverage and expand existing industry network to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities. enhance client relationships, and significantly grow the sales territory.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to significantly grow the sales territory.
• Manage investor relations, providing proactive support and services to existing supporters, investors, and prospects.
• Work with the Managing Partner – Equity Capital Markets to optimize the use of portfolio manager access, due diligence, conference participation, and other regional events. • Travel as needed to deliver sales presentations and attend meetings.
• Coordinate and participate in corporate and social events with colleagues and industry professionals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends of our industry and competition.
• Represent Avenue Living with honesty and integrity while delivering high levels of customer service to our external and internal partners.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of successful field sales experience or equivalent. 
• Completion of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), or      Canadian Securities Course (CSC) 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. 
• Passionate and willing to put in extra effort to achieve personal and professional goals. 
• Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven and goal-oriented with a positive attitude. 
• Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently, with an open and collaborative work style. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible and able to meet deadlines under pressure with minimal supervision. 
• Strong understanding of real estate and finance fundamentals. 
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
