Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire a talented culinary team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Design and execute a refined French menu that balances authenticity with contemporary flair.
Ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen, upholding all food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Mentor kitchen staff, fostering growth, and cultivating a collaborative team culture.
Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Contribute to menu innovation and daily specials (for those with the experience and flair to match).

What We’re Looking For:

A culinary professional who brings both skill and soul to the kitchen.
Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in French cuisine and classical techniques (sauce-making, butchery, pastry, etc.).
A culinary degree or Red Seal certification (strongly preferred).
Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team in a high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
