What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a talented culinary team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Design and execute a refined French menu that balances authenticity with contemporary flair.
- Ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen, upholding all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Mentor kitchen staff, fostering growth, and cultivating a collaborative team culture.
- Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Contribute to menu innovation and daily specials (for those with the experience and flair to match).
What We’re Looking For:
- A culinary professional who brings both skill and soul to the kitchen.
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in French cuisine and classical techniques (sauce-making, butchery, pastry, etc.).
- A culinary degree or Red Seal certification (strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
