Project Agent Coordinator
We're seeking an Project Agent Coordinator for a permanent, direct-hire position with our client in Burlington. As the Project Agent Coordinator, you'll ensure the clear, efficient, and timely coordination of all project information, fostering effective collaboration with both internal teams and external agents/vendors.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between company and agents (installers) who are out doing surveys, service calls, fabrication and installations.
- Lead the execution of all orders, ensuring clear communication of strategies from internal teams to installers and subcontractors.
- Review site-specific surveys and design drawings to assess the scope of each location ensuring familiarity with hall internal fabrication and installation SOPs for effective communication.
- Foster and maintain relationships both internally and externally, promoting collaboration and driving continuous improvement in subcontracted scopes of work.
- Communicate and coordinate delivery of installation materials to sites.
- Ensure that background checks are performed on Installation crew members, interact with Accounts Payable and Vendor Tracking system.
- Work closely with Logistics Supervisor.
- Create and update purchase orders in Navision.
- Ensure installers receive necessary documentation for each project.
- Complete all close out procedures and documents.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- College or university education is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a capacity to meet strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and manage many tasks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
