Job Description

We're seeking a Bilingual Dispatcher to join our client's automotive team in Berry Mills, NB. This is a temporary position to cover for a medical leave of 6 months or more. Please note that the facility is not accessible by public transit, so you must have a car or your own transportation.*

What We Offer:

$18 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay added to your rate
Monday to Friday Schedule, no weekends!
8:00 am to 5:00 pm shift
Business Casual
Weekly pay, every Friday
Immediate start

What You'll Do:

Dispatch and schedule trucks with the deliveries.
Deal with insurance forms through the insurance agency and online.
Identify and follow up on action items to ensure that business moves forward.
Maintain accurate records.
Constantly multi-task.
Use your strong communication skills to support internal staff and customers.
Work with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

Bilingualism in French and English is required.
Prior professional office experience is required.
Prior dispatching experience would be a huge asset.
Microsoft Office knowledge is essential (at least to formula/macro level in Excel).
Ability to develop knowledge of technical documentation standards and industry processes.
