For temporary assignments, referrer will receive $50 after 80 hours of work is completed by referred party. For permanent placements, referrer will receive the lesser of $500 or 10% of Drake's collected fee, subject to and remitted after the referred party has continued in the placement past the expiry of the Guarantee Period.
