What You Will Do:
  • Develop and implement dynamic action plans for donor recruitment and retention, based on thorough data analysis and field interactions.
  • Conduct information sessions and recruitment presentations tailored to specific community demographics.
  • Engage new donors through referrals, networking, and cold calling, while managing relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the donor experience and retention.
  • Mentor and guide donor center staff in executing effective sales strategies.

Who You Are:
  • You possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
  • You are proficient in both English and French, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing media interviews is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or people management experience is an asset.
  • You are an effective team player with strong time management skills, excellent writing skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
