What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement dynamic action plans for donor recruitment and retention, based on thorough data analysis and field interactions.
- Conduct information sessions and recruitment presentations tailored to specific community demographics.
- Engage new donors through referrals, networking, and cold calling, while managing relationships within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the donor experience and retention.
- Mentor and guide donor center staff in executing effective sales strategies.
Who You Are:
- You possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
- You are proficient in both English and French, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in planning and executing media interviews is preferred.
- Previous supervisory or people management experience is an asset.
- You are an effective team player with strong time management skills, excellent writing skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
