Drake International is seeking a Client Partnerships Manager – Fundraising Campaigns and Giving. As a vital member of the team, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of workplace giving campaigns, build meaningful relationships, and ensure these initiatives achieve maximum impact.

As Client Partnerships Manager – Fundraising Campaigns and Giving, you will lead workplace fundraising campaigns, partnering with clients (workplaces hosting campaigns) to design and deliver impactful initiatives. You’ll also engage with stakeholders (member charities and donors) to enhance donor relations, increase participation, and achieve fundraising goals.
This role requires expertise in non-profit fundraising, including major gift campaigns and donor engagement strategies, to amplify the reach and impact of our Client’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with clients to design, execute, and optimize workplace fundraising campaigns tailored to their objectives.
- Donor Relations: Foster meaningful relationships with donors, member charities, and clients to strengthen engagement and retention.
- Strategic Development: Implement creative strategies for major gifts, donor acquisition, and fundraising growth.
- Event Representation: Represent at events, delivering presentations and engaging stakeholders to promote workplace giving.
- Insights and Reporting: Leverage data to evaluate campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements.
- Business Development: Support efforts to identify and secure new workplace partnerships to expand reach.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bilingual Fluency (French and English) asset
- 4+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising, major gift campaigns, or donor relations.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze fundraising campaigns.
- Experience in working with Quebec based Companies is an asset
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM tools.
- Experience with donor engagement strategies and relationship-building in the charitable sector.
