This Position is 8-hour rotational shifts (Days, Afternoons, Overnights) with additional pay benefits for overtime, weekend work and shift premiums.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $34.60-35.45 per hour based on shift.
- Shift: 8 hour rotating shifts -Monday to Friday Days/Afts. Sunday to Thursday Nights
- Benefits: Benefits plan (80% employer paid) includes Dental, extended Health Care and Vision ($200/2yrs), Annual Safety Boot allowance of $150.00, Pension plan with employer maximum contribution of 5%
What You’ll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Diagnose and repair motors, pumps, and conveyors.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize equipment.
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust components.
- Utilize precision tools and testing instruments.
- Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform electrical repairs and assist electricians.
- Follow safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out.
- Maintain a tidy work area and use maintenance software.
- Conduct plant shutdown and start-up procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Industrial Millwright license (442A) and related experience - Mandatory.
- Proficiency in basic math skills, English literacy and Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comprehensive equipment knowledge.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally, and 100 lbs with assistance; push/pull up to 40 lbs frequently.
