Job Description

Our client is a well-established company in Winnipeg, MB are looking for qualified Welders for their teams.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly wages range from $22.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience

What You’ll Do:

Fit and weld structural steel components, following precise specifications and safety standards
Perform metal cored arc welding (MCAW) and other welding techniques as required
Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Adhere to all company safety procedures, participate in safety meetings, and uphold a safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in metal cored arc welding (MCAW) and structural steel fitting
Valid CWB certification in MCAW/FCAW (apprentices with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply)
Strong ability to interpret shop drawings and work with precision
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team
Commitment to safety protocols and participation in company safety initiatives

Schedule:

Must be available for a 44-hour work week with opportunities for overtime
