Our Client is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales representative to add to their team in Moncton NB. Our client is a leading provider of building supplies and hardware in Canada. You will be part of a thriving team and an integral part of their growth. 

What We Offer:  

• Salary:  $30k + uncapped commission

• Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday, dayshift 

What You'll Do:  

•  Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an assigned territory.

• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with clients and prospects to demonstrate products and services.

• Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless order processing and customer support.

•  Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

•  Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to enhance our offering.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

What We're Looking For:  

• 2+ years of experience in an outside sales or account management role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
