Job Description

Our client, a leader in precast concrete forming located in Rodney, Ontario, is actively recruiting a 310T Truck and Coach Mechanic to join their team.

What you do:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel trucks and related equipment
Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure fleet reliability and compliance
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Maintain accurate work orders and service records
Follow safety protocols and industry regulations
Work both independently and collaboratively to keep operations running smoothly

Who you are:

A fully licensed 310T Diesel Mechanic (license required)
Have 3–4 years of experience as a licensed 310T mechanic
Confident with diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and reliable
Available for full-time work and flexible with hours if needed (traditionally working day shift)
Hold a valid driver’s license in good standing
