We're seeking a Sales Representative to join our client's team in Dartmouth. 

What We Offer: 

• Salary:$52,000- 62,000 base salary plus commissions

• Job Type/Shift: Full time 

• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and RRSP

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, OEM’s, B2B customers, and prospects, both in person and virtually

• Partner with dealers and OEM’s to assist with product knowledge, improve product offerings, and strengthen their market presence within the Maritimes.

• Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals that meet customer needs and exceed targets.

• Understand our engines and equipment to confidently provide recommendations and support. Some brands include, but are not limited to, HiPower Generators, Deutz, Kubota & Hatz Industrial Engines, Wacker Neuson compaction.

• Report directly to the Branch Manager, contributing to the growth and success.

What We're Looking For: 

• A proven track record in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, engines, or related fields.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A passion for solving challenges and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• A willingness to travel locally and regionally to connect with dealers and customers.

• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
