Drake International is looking for a highly energetic and results oriented Recruitment Consultant for our team in driver’s division. You will have the flexibility to choose work hybrid or remotely. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you would be working with clients to understand their staffing and productivity needs, preparing a recruitment strategy, and executing that strategy by providing both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions with excellent training and support, Drake is excited to help you succeed in your career with us!
What you will be doing:
Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Preparing and posting job ads.
- Screening applicants based on the job opportunities.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through internal and external resources.
- Knowledge of transportation industry and driver recruiting is an asset.
- Interviewing candidates and reviewing licensing documents.
- Completing candidate files for placement, including items such as referencing and testing.
Temporary Worker Management
- Developing good working relationships with your workers and always keeping them updated
- Assisting workers with their queries, questions, and any concerns.
- Timesheet management, making sure your workers are paid on time.
Account Management
- Keeping your clients up to date and ensuring they receive “best in class” service delivery.
- Exploring new opportunities with your client base and further developing your relationships.
What you will need:
- A strong customer focus, a keen sense of urgency and a high level of energy.
- Excellent organizational and relationship building skills.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Proficient in computer literacy and intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- Recruitment experience in staffing Industry is required.
- Remote work opportunity (work hours as per EST)
- Valid status to work in Canada
