Job Description

We're seeking dynamic General Labour to join our client's team in the Pickering area. As a General Labourer, you will work for Canada’s largest independent distributor, servicing customers coast to coast, covering every postal code in the country. With an “only as a team” approach to each day, you'll play an important role in team success and achieving organizational objectives.

What We Offer:

Location: Pickering L1W 3S3.
Days of work and Shift Timings: Midnight (12 AM) to 8:30 AM - Monday to Friday, Full Time shifts
Pay: $18 /hour + 4% vacation pay. We deduct CPP, EI, and income tax. You will be paid each Friday for the previous week’s work.
Dates of assignment: Starting ASAP on an ongoing basis.
Part-time, Temp-to-perm opportunity

What You’ll Do:

Unload/loading trailers. This position is physically demanding, and the environment is very fast-paced.
Bulk Packages Can Weigh up to 60 – 75 lbs.

What We’re Looking For:

Must pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to pay attention to details.
Must be able to consistently lift to 60 – 75 lbs.
Experience loading and unloading trucks.
Must have CSA-approved safety shoes.
Gloves and a Safety Vest Are Recommended.
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently.
