Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our client's Manufacturing team in the GTA Office. As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee and ensure the efficient production of our products, meeting high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

What We Offer:

Salary: $70,000-$80,000/year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent – Rotating shifts every four weeks (Morning, afternoon, evening) - Fully on-site

What You'll Do:

Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize operational efficiency.
Conduct shift meetings to review departmental performance against production, health and safety, AIB, and scheduling criteria.
Ensure timely preparation and staging of work orders and materials for the upcoming 24 hours.
Maintain adherence to manufacturing schedules, promptly address any deviations, conduct root cause analysis with corrective actions, and follow through on corrective actions.
Monitor employee attendance and performance, conduct semi-annual reviews and monthly team meetings.

What We're Looking For:

Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Food Safety industry standards.
Experience in Flexo printing.
Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
