Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Class 3 Delivery Driver in Burnaby, BC for our client who's a leading manufacturer of natural quartz surfaces. This role will be primarily focused on serving the Greater Vancouver Area, with occasional travel to Victoria (once a month).

What We Offer:

Salary: $25-30/ hour + 4% vacation pay

What You'll Do:

Ensure prompt and professional delivery of products to designated customer sites.
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to safely load and unload materials.
Conduct regular equipment inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and keep machinery clean and operational.
Detect and report any issues related to vehicles or equipment promptly.
Maintain consistent and clear communication with the Customer Service Representative.
Review daily delivery schedules and related documentation to ensure accuracy and preparedness.
Help achieve daily delivery goals and actively contribute to overall team performance.
Follow all company safety protocols, procedures, and operational guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Class 3 driver’s license.
Clean driver’s abstract.
Familiar with Greater Vancouver Area travel routes.
Prior experience operating a forklift.
Experience handling stone, quartz, or granite is an asset.
Ability to work independently and perform manual tasks in varying weather conditions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to a flexible work environment.
