Job Description

Drake Medox Health Services is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Scheduling Coordinator to manage the delivery of care services by matching client needs with qualified staff. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of service delivery, maintaining consistent communication with clients and employees, and ensuring client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage incoming client service requests via phone, email, or in person, gathering data on care needs, client information, and service details.
  • Select and assign direct service staff based on client care needs and maintain all client and staff schedules using the scheduling tool. 
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to assess client satisfaction and recommend adjustments in service where appropriate.
  • Perform general administrative duties including faxing, emailing, and reporting data as directed by the Clinical Director. 
  • Relay important updates to the Scheduling Supervisor, Branch Manager, Clinical Director and After-Hours Schedulers regarding new clients, service changes, and staff concerns. 

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous scheduling experience in a healthcare environment using a scheduling tool.
  • Understanding of medical terminology to accurately assess and document client needs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with experience handling client inquiries.  
  • High level of accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks. 
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills  with the ability to work well under pressure, set priorities and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to resolve client and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft Office, scheduling, and tracking software. 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
