We're seeking an HVAC Technician to join our client's team. As an HVAC Technician, you'll play a key role in achieving organizational objectives by contributing to knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and product optimization.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $70,000- $80,000/year

What You'll Do:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on installation best practices, system configuration, and operational procedures to external partners and internal personnel.
- Perform on-site visits and remote consultations to assist in diagnosing system performance issues and verify correct system design and installation.
- Collect and analyze field data and customer feedback to identify recurring technical challenges and inform product improvement initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on product installation ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with product development teams to translate field observations into actionable improvements in product design, testing, and documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in HVAC installation, system design, or field diagnostics.
- Thorough knowledge of heat pump technologies and HVAC applications in residential and light commercial environments.
- Possession of a valid G3 and G2 Gas Technician license.
- Must have completed the 313A certification with proof of certification.
- Proven experience in delivering technical training or mentoring installation teams.
- Strong ability to interpret mechanical and architectural drawings accurately.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
