Job Description

We're seeking a Countertop Assistant to join our client's team in Dartmouth and support the preparation and production of laminate countertops.

What We Offer:

$18-$24/hr
Day shift - Monday-Friday
Weekly pay

What You'll Do:

Perform cutting, capping, and build-up of laminate countertops according to customer requirements.
Assist in , preparation, installation, and shipping/receiving of countertop materials.
Operate tools and equipment used in the cutting and assembly of countertops.
Handle incoming materials and ensure products are properly stored and inventoried.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards.
Previous Building/Production/Manufacturing experience is an asset.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and methods used in cutting laminate countertops.
Forklift certification.
Class 3 or 5 license with air brake is an asset.
