Job Description

We're seeking a Residential Plumber to join our client's team in Trenton. You’ll join a skilled crew of licensed Journeyman Plumbers, Water Treatment Specialists, and Septic Technicians who take pride in their craft, deliver outstanding customer service, and genuinely enjoy what they do.

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems while helping customers feel informed and confident in their decisions.
Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other in-home service calls.
Build great customer relationships and recommend the right products and services.
Walk customers through financing options and maintenance plans.
Go above and beyond service expectations to achieve revenue goals.
Represent yourself as professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Work closely with our customer service and dispatch teams to keep things running smoothly.
Keep your job site clean, organized, and your truck well stocked.
Take part in training, team meetings, and company events.
Mentor apprentices so they can grow into skilled, confident technicians.
Stay on top of invoices, time cards, and job documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid journeyman plumber license.
10 years’ post licensing experience.
A licensed plumber with a strong understanding of local plumbing codes and the ability to apply them on the job.
Hands-on skills in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, and other residential plumbing repairs.
Someone eager to keep learning and growing with the training provided.
Organized and dependable, with great attention to detail.
Strong communication skills — both with customers and the team.
A people person with integrity, professionalism, and the ability to build trust quickly.
Motivated to keep improving and be even better tomorrow than you are today.
A team player who also thrives on personal success.
Very customer focused.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
