Job Description

We're seeking Production Associates to join our client's teams in Tillsonburg or Ingersoll.

What We Offer:

Salary: $20 - $21.63/hr plus
Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 4 PM – 2 AM.

What You'll Do:

Work in a team environment at a steady pace.
Inspect and pack parts into containers as per SOP.
Work on production line to produce quality parts as per quality operating procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area by daily housekeeping habits.
Report any quality defects to team leader.
Follow health and safety standards, policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Must have previous manufacturing experience.
Must be able to work at a steady pace.
Demonstrate good organizational skills.
Know how to work safely and follow Health & Safety guidelines.
Able to work in a team environment that is constantly improving its practices.
Able to follow instructions.
Someone with reliable transportation.
Maintain excellent attendance.
Positive attitude.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
