Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Service/Forklift Operator to join our client's team in Ottawa.

What We Offer:

Salary: $20 - $22/hr (Based on experience)
Job Type/Shift: Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM
Benefits: After 300 hours

What You'll Do:

Provide excellent customer Service and assist customers at the warehouse and at the register during order processing.
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required for loading and unloading merchandise.
Prepping all merchandise orders for pick-up and for next day deliveries.
Operate warehouse forklift (Raymond Reach).
Handle shipping and receiving.

What We're Looking For:

1 year of experience as a customer service representative.
Mechanically inclined with basic knowledge of vehicles and motors.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment like ride on electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
Bilingualism is an asset.
