Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to join our client's team based in Iroquois. As a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, you'll lead a cross-functional team in a high-tech electronics manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering and technical team to drive process development and production readiness.
Oversee new product introductions, including tooling, layout, and prototype builds.
Align engineering activities with broader operational goals through cross-functional collaboration.
Implement best practices in electronics and mechanical assembly for improved performance.
Drive initiatives to enhance throughput, quality, and cost efficiency in production.
Manage on-site production with hands-on leadership of a team of 12 or more staff members.
Support disciplined planning and execution for successful prototype builds and production scaling.
Partner with Product Engineering and R&D to advance design for manufacturability and robust assembly processes.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s in engineering (electrical/electronic, industrial, mechanical, or related).
10+ years electronics manufacturing; 5+ years technical leadership.
Experience supervising process engineers and handling complex orders.
Effective, adaptable leader with strong negotiation and teamwork skills.
Strategic, data-driven decision maker; familiar with Power BI and metrics.
Fast learner, innovative, and patient.
Valid driver’s license & passport; occasional travel.
