Job Description

We're seeking CICO Clerks to join our client's team in the Brampton area.

What We Offer:

Location: Brampton, L7A 1K9 ON
Pay rate: $21 - $22/h.
Shifts: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday to Friday
Start Date – ASAP on an ongoing basis.
Temporary-to-Permanent opportunity

What You’ll Do:

Book appointments over the phone, via email, and face to face.
Check in P&D drivers and review paperwork.
Prepare outbound manifests.
Run reports, coding missed pickup.
Prepare driver pay sheets.
Deliver manifests, scan bills of landing, enter skeleton billing information into systems, and book appointments.
Collect all outstanding dues.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous transportation or operational customs/transborder experience is preferred.
Experience with TruckMate and AS400 is an asset.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office-Suite
Must have experience in a fast-paced and highly transactional environment.
Must pass a criminal background check.
