Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic VP of Sales to join our client's team in the GTA. As a VP of Sales, you'll lead the company’s national sales efforts, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships.

What We Offer:

Salary: $140,000 – $200,000/year
Job Type/Shift: Permanent

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Recruit, train, and lead a scalable, high-performing sales team across regions and sales channels.
Grow and enhance a robust national distribution and contractor network to maximize product reach and customer access.
Build and maintain strong partnerships across the HVAC value chain, including trade professionals, distribution networks, and construction stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives.
Design sales incentive programs, monitor key performance metrics, generate forecasts, and report results to executive leadership.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role within the HVAC sector.
Proven success in building and leading sales teams and developing channel performance across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of HVAC products, supply chain, and B2B channel operations.
